Britney Murphy's shocking death this past December led to a vast amount of speculation regarding fame's perpetual pitfalls of dangerous drugs and starving to be thin. But Thursday's autopsy report on the young starlet revealed only Vicodin and over-the-counter cold remedies.

There is speculation (this is Hollywood, so of course there is) that the horrible death of Britney Murphy was drug related or perhaps she suffered from a severe eating disorder.
